Parts Advisor Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent front-counter service to general and trade customers.
  • Assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles.
  • Providing expert advice on automotive parts and accessories.
  • Managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.
  • Handling parts sales, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Collaborating with service and repair teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of orders and transactions.

About You

We’re looking for a team player with:

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems or the willingness to learn.
  • A proactive and organized approach to work.
  • A valid driver’s license is a necessity.
