Service Advisor position

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Schedule and manage service appointments to optimize workshop efficiency.

Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, and costs to customers.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate work orders and timely service.

Provide updates to customers on the progress of their vehicles.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of service transactions and follow-up activities.

About You

We are seeking a dedicated individual with:

A passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Previous experience in a service advisor or similar customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).

Familiarity with service management software or a willingness to learn.

A proactive attitude and a focus on problem-solving.

A valid driver’s license.
